Tom oversees monitoring of legislation in all fifty states and the federal government, is editor for the Legal Legislative Update and consults with schools around the country on legal, legislative and human resource issues. Tom has been with ACSI for the last six years. Before coming to ACSI, Tom was a Christian School Administrator for over 30 years in Florida.
