Step into your classroom where math is understood, interactive, and everyone is able to feel successful. Using modeling, manipulatives, and hands-on activities we will show ways to make math meaningful, increase test scores, and create students who can think mathematically. We will discuss vocabulary, journaling, and how to integrate the five strands of mathematical proficiency into our daily math lessons. This will be a hands-on adventure so come prepared to play games and learn to make math an exciting part of the day.
